The present contracting conditions are intended to regulate the use of the online product sales services of SAVAGE FACTORY SL, hereinafter the SELLER, through the website owned by www.savage-co.com, establishing the regulation of the services provided through it, prices and means of payment, cancellation and return policy and customer service.

The user who makes the purchase of products through the site www.savage-co.com is considered a CLIENT.

These general conditions regulate the contractual relations between the SELLER and the CLIENTS of the site www.savage-co.com. Navigation through it implies acceptance by the CLIENT of its conditions of use . Likewise, the use of the services that the SELLER makes available to USERS and / or CLIENTS through the site implies the acceptance of all of these clauses stipulating the general contracting conditions.
The SELLER reserves the right to make the appropriate changes and modifications to the functionality of the website.
The SELLER reserves the right to make changes to these general conditions. The modifications will be applicable to orders subsequent to their publication on the site.
2. CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
To place an order it is not necessary that the CLIENT is registered on the site. In the event of not being, at the time of placing the order the CLIENT must proceed to enter data in the billing and shipping form that is offered for this purpose.
The SELLER supplies its products through courier companies to the shipping address provided, covering the territory of the European Union.
The order request process through the website www.savage-co.com involves the following steps:
Selection of products and choice of different design options, sizes or materials.
Depending on the product, personalization of the same by uploading images from the CLIENT's team or their Facebook, Instagram or Google accounts.
Add the product in the cart and start processing the order after validation.
The CLIENT guarantees the veracity of the data provided to the SELLER through the forms, and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT SYSTEMS
The prices indicated on the SELLER's website, unless expressly stated otherwise, include VAT.
The SELLER will be able to unilaterally review and modify the prices that appear in the catalog.The SELLER will try at all times to keep the prices up to date and will communicate it through the website www.savage-co.com. In any case, before finalizing the purchase process, the final price of the product will be reported, which will be valid between the parties.
The CLIENT must make the payment of the orders processed by bank card (credit or debit), and through PayPal.
Once the payment is made, an invoice will be automatically generated, which will be sent to the email address indicated by the CLIENT at the time of placing the order.
4. USE OF PROMOTIONAL COUPONS
If the CLIENT has promotional or discount coupons, their code must be entered at the end of the order processing, before proceeding with the payment.
Once a code has been entered, the CLIENT must review the final amount to verify that the discount has actually been applied before proceeding to payment. The SELLER is not responsible for possible malfunctions of the promotional coupons.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be accepted at the time of ordering and will be applied according to the following:
- Standard Shipping: For the peninsula, 1-5 business days: € 5.99. Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, 5-7 business days: € 7.99
- Shipments to European Union countries, 3-7 business days: € 10.99
- Shipping will be free if the purchase exceeds € 60 in the Iberian Peninsula, or if it exceeds the amount specified for each specific offer.
6. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION TERM
The delivery time for orders for the peninsula is 1-5 business days, once the order is received; and 5-7 business days on orders for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
In case of shipping to countries of the European Union is 3-7 working days.
Free shipping will depend on the place or country of destination.
In the event that the delivery period cannot be met due to lack of stock, the SELLER will set a new term that will be communicated to the CLIENT. In case the CLIENT does not agree, the sale can be resolved and the price paid by the same means used for payment will be returned.
The delay in delivery will not suppose any compensation right for the client.
7. PLACE AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address entered by the CLIENT in the billing and shipping form.
The modification of the delivery address will be made as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com or calling +34 935 148 042, and will entail the modification of the delivery cost rates , in your case. If the modification is not communicated before proceeding to the shipment of the products, these will be directed to a wrong destination, exempting the SELLER from any responsibility.
Delivery is made through a courier company.
If at the time of product delivery the customer is absent and cannot be delivered to a third person, the courier company will proceed as established by its protocol of action.
8. Return of products
8.1. Return policy
In the event that the CLIENT is not satisfied with his purchase, he may return it within a period of 30 days once the package is received.

2. Enter savage-co.com and go to the FAQ section, in the returns section you will find a link that you must use to generate the return label. Then print it out and stick it on the package.
3. Once the return label has been generated, CORREOS will collect the package at your address within 24 / 48h.
4. You are done! As soon as we receive your package we will process the refund as soon as possible.
The products to be returned must keep the original packaging and labeling, and must be duly protected for their return. Returns of garments that give off odors will not be accepted.
In case of acceptance of the return, SAVAGE FACTORY S.L will pay the amount of the order with the same payment method with which the order was made.
The transport costs will be assumed by the client following the indications described in these contracting conditions.
8.2. Right of withdrawal
Within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, the CLIENT can exercise his right of withdrawal, as provided for in article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, modified by Law 3/2014, of March 27.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to SAVAGE FACTORY SL products that have been personalized, since these are goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user and are clearly personalized (art. 103.c) of the aforementioned General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). These products are marked in the product description as "custom product".
In cases of return for withdrawal, the transport costs of the return will be borne by the CLIENT.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The SELLER does not assume any responsibility for the ownership of the photographic content provided by the CLIENT, nor for the personal data that may be contained in the images provided by the CLIENT, being the sole responsible.
