How can I track my order?
When the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link for the shipment.when you click on the link, you will be redirected to the site of the responsible courier service.
Please note that the tracking number is activated when the courier has received the package.
What if there is no one to pick up the order?
The carrier delivers packages Monday through Friday. If you are not at home when yours arrives, a second delivery attempt will be made. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be forwarded to the nearest post office and held there for up to 7 days, waiting for someone to pick it up.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, we will send you a confirmation email after we receive your order. If you think the money has been deducted from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.
Can I choose a different billing address?
Yes, during check-out you can choose 'Use a different billing address' where you can enter an address different from the billing address.
How can I return my order?
You may return an item up to 30 days after you receive it. The items you wish to return must be unworn and unwashed. You may try the items on to see if they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend to return them, please make sure the items are free of unpleasant odors.We check all returned clothing for stains and odors. What are the rules for returning items?
Unused items that still have the tags and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. You can try on the items (except underwear) to check that they fit and that the model meets your expectations. Underwear can only be returned in its original unopened package. It is not possible to exchange one item for another. When we receive the return package we will refund the amount to your account using the original payment method. In the package you will find all the information you need regarding the return process and return policy. Please note that if you are returning shoes, you must place the original shoe box in another box. Savage reserves the right to return items to the customer in the event that the item appears washed, worn or shows any damage that is clearly not a production defect. Savage has the right to refuse a refund request in the event of frequently repeated irregularities based on the customer's order history.
What are the return options?
The return label is included in your package, simply wrap the order and stick the label on the outside. You can return your order at any DHL office. If you no longer have the return label, please contact our Customer Service Department to receive a new one.
When will I receive my money back?
When we receive your return in our warehouse, we try to process it within 3-5 business days. Depending on your original payment method, it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.

How long does it take to process a return?
From the moment you deliver your order to a courier company or a post office, it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our distribution center. We review all returned orders. Once we have reviewed the order, we will request a refund of your payment (or part of it, depending on what you have returned). It can take up to a week to receive the refund, depending on the payment method used (credit card or PayPal).
Can I return an order even if it does not have the original box?
Yes. Store the items you want to return in a sturdy (cardboard) box so that they will not be damaged.
Can I exchange the item for an identical one in another size?
It is not possible to exchange one item for another. The amount of the returned items will be refunded as soon as they are received by our distribution center. If you want to exchange one item for another, you will have to place a new order.
Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs of returned items?
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed when the complete order is returned.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

What are the terms and conditions of use for discount voucher codes?
-One redeemable discount code per order.
-May not be applicable on discounted items.
-It may only be applied on selected items.
-Possibly only applicable on orders with a minimum/maximum value.
-After returning items from an order where a discount code with an absolute quantity was applied (or the order/items were cancelled/cancelled), the replacement discount code is only generated once.
-When the value of the discount code exceeds the value of the order, a new discount code is not generated for the value of the remaining quantity.
